HD Solid Rings

High Definition (HD) solid rings are designed to utilise their high frequency regime for applications where higher sensitivity and resolution are required on pipes with nominal size between 3″ and 6″ in diameter.(1)

These rings are spring‑loaded and have EFC performance like all GUL Rings.

Such high frequency regime applications include:

  • Interface Penetrations
  • Inspections for Localised Pitting
  • Concrete Anchor Supports
  • Pipes with many welded supports
