GUL’s relationship with a client extends far beyond the time that the sale is completed. GUL wants to assist companies and inspectors with their guided wave testing needs so that they can maximise the value that can be obtained from the equipment. The required support can range from providing e-mail assistance (that is normally provided free of charge) to giving on-site instruction to improve inspectors’ experience, ensuring they provide excellent inspection information.
