COVID-19 Update. GUL Response Plan

Dear Customers and Partners,

The COVID‑19 outbreak caused GUL to rethink how we work, and how we best serve our clients, our partners, and industry interests with a majority of the team working from home for their protection and that of their family and friends. I envisaged that this was likely to be a long‑term situation, and this has proved to be correct.

The company headquarters reopened in June for our production personnel, accompanied by some administration and service staff. While we still don’t know how long the effects of the COVID‑19 pandemic will last, we will continue to follow the UK Government advice and keep all our clients and partners informed.

Customers with existing orders will continue to receive relevant updates on delivery schedules. For new enquiries, we ask that you continue to use our website Contact Form or email the relevant department - a list of emails can be found here.
